（中央社記者程啟峰高雄29日電）海軍金江艦7月1日誤射雄三飛彈案，高雄地檢署今天偵結，起訴中士高嘉駿等3人；前立委蔡正元等人被控洩密案部分則另案偵辦。

雄檢依過失致死等罪嫌起訴飛彈中士高嘉駿，依廢弛職務罪嫌起訴射控士官長陳銘修及兵器長許博為，檢方認定全案是一連串疏失造成，艦長林伯澤因未規定需要留在戰情室督導高嘉駿考測演練，因而無過失，未被起訴。1050829
