立委關切基隆河沿岸防颱整備工作 @ 林婉婷

強烈颱風「尼伯特」襲台，立法委員蔡適應關心基隆河沿岸抽水系統和防汛準備狀況，昨（七）日下午在市議員林明智、基隆市府工務處代理處長張元良及暖暖區林文榮區長陪同下，視察碇內抽水站並聽取防汛準備狀況報告。

市府工務處代理處長張元良表示，目前市府所管理的抽水站，基隆河沿岸共有十六處，碇內抽水站是站體最大的抽水站，配備四台6CMS抽水機組，共有24CMS的抽水能力；現各處抽水站都已巡視完畢，經過試運轉後，各機組、人員皆已就定位，嚴密監控基隆河水位、排水系統水位。

蔡適應指出，基隆市民們都很關心市區街道、基隆河沿岸會不會淹水，各地區的抽水站面對強烈颱風尼伯特，都有工作上強烈的挑戰和壓力，他也和議員、區長一同來關心抽水站的準備狀況，以確保市民生命財產的安全。

蔡適應也表示，協調中央、地方救災防治，是一件非常重要的事，他上午在國防外交委員會質詢時，國防部長答詢承諾，各縣市軍隊協助救災的部分，會全力配合地方政府需求，必要時立即出動協助救災。
